Special. A vintage or antique Locket has so much more romance and mystical beauty to it, that is virtually impossible to match with any new, mass produced piece.

Quality. Antique & vintage jewellery was almost always hand-made or at the very least hand-finished, pieced together by highly skilled artisans who took exceptional time & care into creating such jewellery for rich clients. As a result, the workmanship is often more refined than even the best jewellery made today.

Unique. Identical matches were more or less impossible. Jewellery was not mass-produced or even widely available like it is today, so it is unlikely that you will ever find a duplicate.

On the lookout. Not every locket will be for you, but you will know when you find THE one, and it's a buzz!! There really is something so magical in knowing that you are the next chapter for this small piece of jewellery.

Sustainable. The mass production of EVERYTHING we consume at the moment is out of control. When buying antique or vintage (anything) jewellery, the pieces have already been created as one-offs, passed down again and again, with absolutely no need to use significant resources to mine precious metals and gemstones again, which is almost impossible to do in an environmentally friendly way.

Photos are outsourced to a family business & can take up to 5 days to arrive, ready for me to fit.

The photos themselves are £5 per sheet to order, however the service to fit them is complimentary.

Each photo is printed 32 times in 16 different sizes onto one sheet. I then work with these to see which will fit best in your locket.

The leftover photos are sent to you with your locket, perfect for gifting in other ways or pop into your wallet!

Please allow up to 2 weeks for your locket to be put together and shipped.

Please do always make me aware if the locket is a gift for a specific date, so I know if the turn around is achievable, and I can prioritise my workload.

Not only Vintage, but antique and preowned too. So they could be anywhere from 1 to 100 years old. It’s all part of the magic & story-telling.

Lockets sold may show signs of age/ wear that will be shown/ explained upon your purchase.

All lockets are sold in USED condition, so please remember that the item is not brand new and as such will show signs of previous use, as expected from a preloved/ vintage/ antique item.

Keep your locket clean & dry when not in use. Storing in a box/ little dust bag is helpful when not wearing it. Avoid perfumes, lotions & potions coming into contact with your locket. Do not submerge in water, while the photographs inside will be sealed and/ or water resistant, there’s still a chance the images can get damaged.

There is not a child friendly locket, so please do not let little hands tug on the locket sides as they can break.
